eJOB

eJOB is a platform where employees can sign up, accept jobs check their task listings and submit their feedbacks to get paid.
The system contains features that include a BI dashboard, task auto assignment, escalation and notifications, skills set matching, multiple service support, flexi-scheduling, photo and e-signatures, and analytics reporting. Data analytics is also available on eJOB, enabling data visualisation on dashboards and insights to be developed from the data.

Simplified eJOB User journey

Users will be able to set their availability, view their monthly tasks, click on any task application and apply seamlessly once all their details are set up. A “Start Job” and “End Job” allows employers and employees to log and track the job progress and completion.
