eSmart Toilet is a comprehensive feedback and management solution designed to enhance the cleanliness and hygiene of public facilities. By leveraging IoT sensors and tablet-based feedback, we provide a real-time platform for the public to report issues and for supervisors and management to address them promptly.
With EF’s move towards proactive instead of reactive systems, AI integration to the eSmart Toilet will be made and implemented towards the 2nd Quarter of 2026.
How this is implemented in eSmart Toilet is shaped when hygiene risks can be measured through past user feedback and sensor trend, allowing for proper preventative measurements to be carried take place at certain periods that may peak
in traffic threshold.
Placed just near restroom exits and high-traffic areas, our tablets make it easy for users to share feedback and report any faults found on the spot. eSmart Toilet is also paired with IoT sensors, allowing the system to continuously capture real-time traffic data — all of which is logged and analysed to surface meaningful trends over time.
Real-time data and notifications are pushed to supervisors and housekeepers the moment an issue is reported, enabling swift, reliable responses. This also allows for a quicker response time to issues based on user feedback. From submission to resolution, every issue is tracked end-to-end, with a full history of feedback available to help identify patterns and drive continuous improvement.
To close the loop, housekeepers can submit digital verification cards upon completing cleaning tasks — keeping every job accountable and on record.
