EF works to integrate AI with eCallConnect’s tablet and kiosk system. Where its implementation would mean allowing AI to be capable of making decisions, setting priorities to prioritise swifter response for task based on their location areas first, auto-reordering a queued task, workload balance checks and AI optimised assignments.

eCallConnect eases accessibility in managing the turnovers of your beds, allowing you to allocate the right resources and time into maintaining and preparing the room for the next guest. Automatically assign tasks via eCallConnect web, and triggers robots to head to the designated area to clean, allowing one to know when a bed is ready for cleaning and follow-up cleaning should there be any. Data is also collected and analysed after for continuous improvement and status updates.

We utilise 3rd party robotics such as for the Cleaning Robot that integrates with eCallConnect. The Cleaning Robot allows for spot cleaning with location mapping, allowing for users to assign simple cleaning to be done without without actual manpower. Once the assigned tasks have been approved by the housekeeping team, the robot will proceed to the designated area to clean. While they will be tasked to clean the surrounding area, the housekeeping team will still be required to prep the bed for the next person.

Data gets generated based on the performance of the housekeeping team, and this data is used in analytical reports. The dashboard also keeps logs and allows for transparency whilst working towards improving themanagement process.
