EF Software uses 3rd Party Robotics to integrate with its systems. The PUDU Robot is a tool that we
have utilised as the robot is equipped with multiple functions that support spot cleaning while also
being capable ofmapping out the area for cleaning.
Similarly other robots can be utilised, where users access a kiosk interface, and trigger a cleaning task by selecting a designated area — instantly dispatching the robot to carry out its job with no manual coordination required.

EF Software works to integrate robotics into existing systems such as eCallConnect and iSnapReport.
The robot helps assist in the routine cleaning of general areas, freeing up manpower to be allocated to
other pressing tasks.
The eSmart Feedback’s escalation dashboard allows for one to be able to view the various cleaning
robots and their statuses, battery life, and current locations. It picks up alerts from the robots and
displays themon the dashboard for all to view.
The robot is also capable of generating a cleaning report that summarises the working status of each unit and key areas which needs to be cleaned.
