eMOP
eMOP aims to to digitalise the issuing and returning procedures of a mop head via the embedding of the RFID tag. The RFID scanning improves the operation productivity as compared to former manual assignment. Each unique RFID tags allows user to keep track the number of clean , soiled & MRSA mop heads.
The integration of eTime Management System (eTMS) with eMop increases the efficiency of staff deployment, which allows the capturing of staff details for the mop heads transaction.
Embedding the mop head with the RFID tag helps track movement of the mop head, increasing accountability, traceability and optimising the stock inventory control process. The RFID enables for data to be logged and tracked, also enabling data to be analysed and for cleaning and efficiency insights to be made.
