eReporting
eReporting is a centralised mobile and web-based platform within the eSFMS ecosystem that enables operational staff, supervisors and management teams to digitally capture, monitor and manage daily operational activities in real-time.
While eReporting already has AI integrated into its recent systems, EF’s move towards proactive instead of reactive systems further pushes AI implementation within the system that can be seen towards the 3rd quarter of 2026.
AI will be able to help predict a fall off in hygiene standards or daily feedback probability based on past patient surveys. Thus being able to observe trends and adapt our measures so that interventions can be taken first instead of simply seeing standards or feedback fall.
The current eReporting app uses AI as a way to enhance the Operations Summary reports, with Supervisors just having to enter in key points that can then be further elaborated by AI.
Other things that AI assists with include automatically structuring the content, applying professional and consistent formatting, and organising information into clear operational sections. Ultimately reducing report preparation time by 70-80% and reduces the administrative burden on supervisors.
The application replaces manual paperwork and fragmented reporting processes by allowing users to submit structured reports directly from mobile devices or tablets while on-site. Reports can include checklist data, inspections, incidents, attendance records, operational updates, photographs, signatures and supporting attachments.
